I know viux.com is reliable. Not sure about the host you are asking.
I would recommend this host to anyone who asks me for quality, cheap cloud web hosting.

Try to look at bithost.io and their bitcoin cloud hosting solutions.
Their uptime is fantastic and ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus. You can also test them and pay for 1 or more hours.

Services from libertyvps.net and hostsailor.com are worth every cent you pay for their services.
Best prices, quality and staff. I haven't seen something better. Their uptime is insane and never had problems with them.
