Luckily I've haven't had to use the support a lot, but when I have had to use it, responses have been very fast, and Hostnamaste.com budget dedicated server will work with you to get things fixed. They are a lovely bunch of people, quick to serve and extremely helpful, i recommend them in a heart beat!
