I'm looking for VPS Windows which has high accurate IP to buy (any country, US IP is preferred).
So any providers can check IPs of their servers for me? How is Hostingsource.com vps hosting?
What web hosts can you recommend me to look at?

Why not give Hostnamaste.com kvm vps a try as an alternative?
They came into this business because they saw a lack of support in the hosting bussiness.

I have very good success with GTHost.com Dallas vps. Their customer service is outstanding...every time I have ever ran into any issues whatsoever, whether it's been issues with my account when I've been past due, and they have been lenient with payments and kept my services on. If I've had technical issues, they have resolved them very promptly.

I've been with centoserver.com vps for over 6 months now and their service is excellent. My page is up all the time, fast downloads, they answered few questions I had promptly. Highly recommended. Their customer service has been excellent, response times varying from 5-30 minutes.
