Or global data centers that place their equipment in Canada, USA, Europe.

Servers from webhost.pro and qhoster.com are worth trying.
I am truly pleased on having my website hosted with them. Their biz is based on help and problem solving for the customers. Teams are good when motivated. These guys earn with sheer hard work are there for me promptly when I need them.

I find netshop isp to be fantastic. On the few times, that I have had issues, they have responded with lightening speed.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants an inexpensive, easy to user hosting provider.
