Budget €20 + any taxes if applicable
Min 2 core CPU
Min 2GB Ram
Min 50GB HDD
Min 25GB Traffic
Location Europe
Any established web hosting providers you can recommend?
I've found Rockhoster.com and also QHoster.com VPS hosting solutions in Europe?
What hosting provider would you rather choose? And why?

Try narrowing your list of options by looking at the cheapest web host package that can meet your needs at the same time.

For me Uptime and Speed, Support and Price are very important factors when choosing a right web host. Would also prefer a cpanel host.

What payment plans are available? For example, if you sign up for a two-year subscription term, do you need to pay that full amount upfront or is it divided into increments?

Can honestly say that it is not an easy thing to choose a good web host with stable and fast servers, helpful customer support, suitable features and tools. Highly recommend Rockhoster.com OpenVZ VPS to everyone! Server uptime 99.99% and support i rarely use it since i am an experienced webmaster.
